Welcome to the DreamAff LLC Blog (hereinafter “Blog”), operated by DreamAff LLC (hereinafter “we,” “us,” or “DreamAff”). This Blog serves as a community hub, providing information, instructions, help, features, updates, recent affiliate news, and other related articles for the DreamAff LLC CPA affiliate network (hereinafter “Network”).
By accessing or using this Blog, including but not limited to Browse content, registering an account, or posting comments, you (hereinafter “you” or “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “Agreement”). License to DreamAff: By posting UGC, you grant DreamAff a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your UGC in connection with the Blog and DreamAff's (and its successors' and affiliates') business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Blog (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels.

Is illegal, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit, harassing, promotes violence, promotes discrimination (whether based on sex, religion, race, ethnicity, nationality, disability, or age), promotes illegal activities (such as gambling), contains profanity, or otherwise contains materials that DreamAff, in its sole discretion, deems inappropriate or “Offensive Content” (as defined in the DreamAff LLC Operating Agreement).

Infringes upon the intellectual property or personal rights of any third party (e.g., copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights).

Contains unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation.

Impersonates any person or entity or falsely states or otherwise misrepresents your affiliation with a person or entity.

Contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.

Monitoring and Moderation: DreamAff reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor, edit, or remove any UGC for any reason, including if it violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, in our sole discretion. We do not endorse any UGC expressed on the Blog and expressly disclaim any and all liability in connection with UGC.

No Confidentiality: Any UGC you submit to the Blog will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary.
5. Intellectual Property

DreamAff Content: All content on the Blog, excluding UGC, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, articles, tutorials, features, updates, and software, is the property of DreamAff LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limited License to You: DreamAff grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Blog solely for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Blog shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Wyoming, U.S.A. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.
14. Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement: These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and DreamAff LLC regarding the Blog and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Blog.

Waiver and Severability: No waiver by DreamAff of any term or condition set out in these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of DreamAff to assert a right or provision under these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms and Conditions will continue in full force and effect.
